RMF…RECEPIE OF HAMMOUS!!

Hammous
Ingredients:-
1 cup white kabuli chane, soak overnight, then boil till soft

3/4 cup curd

1 green chilly

2-3 garlic pods

2-3 tbsp tahina

Olive oil 3-4 tbsp

Salt and lemon to be added according to taste
Method :-
Drain chanas ,keep a hand full aside, to the remaining chanas add all the ingredients then with a hand blender grind it

Then remove in a serving  bowl , level properly , add the handfull chanas in center and top with olive oil
Serve along khabus,Chicken tandoori ya chop

Also olives and finely chopped green chilies to be served along !!!

Dry fruit chicken!!
Chicken boneless 1/2kg

Maida/cornflour 2tbspn

Curd 3tbspn

Red color

Ginger garlic paste 1tbspn

Celery leaves 

Pepper powder 1/2t sp

Salt to taste

Marinade chicken with all above ingredent n deep fry it !!

For gravy 

Oil 8 tbspn

Butter 2 tbspn

G chillies/Ginger/garlic chopped 1 tb sp each 

1 cap cut in cubes

Shezwan sauce 3 tbsp

Chill sauce 1 tb sp

Oyester sauce 1 tbspn

Ajino 1/2tsp

Pepper1/2tbsp

Kaju 100grn Chillies 3Celer mk  paste 

For garnishin kaaju n celery leaves 

Method

In a wok put oil butter .then put chopped g3 .

Then put caps n fried chiken fry for some time 

Thn put kaju paste fry it add in all sauces ajino  salt pepper stir well

Then put kaju n celery leaves …

Serve hot ☺
